Delivery Terms 
After you confirm your order and payment the delivery will start immediately.  After the payment, you will receive access to all needed links by email. The estimated delivery Orders will be sent during working days.  After the payment you will be redirected to book yourself a time in a digital calendar. The estimated delivery time for the order is in the following 72 hours.

Order
Start by adding the items of your choice to the shopping cart. The order will be delivered after the contents of the shopping cart have been paid in the e-commerce checkout function. When you finalize the order, you accept these delivery terms & fees, as well as the product prices. As you have provided an email address during the order, you will also receive a confirmation email, showing once more the purchase details mentioned above.

Payment
This web shop uses Nordea Bank Oyj (org number 2858394-9) as a payment service provider. Nordea is responsible for receiving, processing and forwarding the payment. Online payment methods include MobilePay and card payments by Visa and MasterCard. Card payments will be charged immediately at the approval. All products and services sold online include VAT 24%.

Purchase
The purchase happens between a customer and an online merchant. It is the merchant’s responsibility to fulfil all obligations of the purchase. 

Delivery
Orders will be sent during working days. The estimated delivery time for the order is in the following 72 hours. If the confirmation email is not received in 72 hours, this must be informed to the online merchant without delays, but within 14 days. 

Cancelation policy
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, online customers have a 14 day return and exchange policy with service providers. Customer has the right to exchange or return part, or all the items of the order. If you wish to exchange or return items, please reach out to our web shops customer support first and ask about the return policy for your particular purchase. Please remember to add your name, contact details and your bank account number for the online merchant to refund the payment for you.

Cancelling order, liability for errors and reclamations
Before the products have been delivered, customers can cancel the order via email. Online merchants have a legal liability for errors over sold items. In the case of reclamation, we kindly ask customers to contact our customer service. All consumers have the right to take possible dispute situations to the Consumer Disputes Board.
