Your starting point
Who this is for.
Facilitators, business coaches and learning designers who want to connect scattered AI experiments into a useful working routine.
A place to begin
Take a fictional or approved brief. Use AI to explore a session outline, check whether the activities serve the goal and prepare a follow-up summary. Review what each step adds—and where your attention matters.
Small steps. Real practice.
What you can practise.
Turning a brief into useful preparation questions.
Adapting an outline or exercise to a particular group.
Checking a summary against the source and turning it into clear next steps.
A useful next step.
A small preparation-to-follow-up workflow you have tried, with clear points for your own review.

Your questions.
Is this coaching from an AI chatbot?
Your learning is guided by a human coach. You practise with AI tools as part of your own professional work.
Do I need to bring client recordings?
No. Use a fictional, anonymised or explicitly approved example. Client recordings are not needed to learn the steps.
Do I need to know how to use AI already?
The journey is designed for beginners. We start with your goal and what you already know, then agree a manageable task.
