Your starting point

Who this is for.

Experienced specialists who want focused, beginner-friendly practice with relevant tasks. An employer may be organising the learning, or you may be exploring it yourself.

A place to begin

Use a public or approved sample report. Ask AI to help structure a summary, identify questions and prepare a repeatable draft. Check each important claim against its source before deciding what is useful.

Small steps. Real practice.

What you can practise.

  1. Giving clear instructions drawn from your own expertise.

  2. Comparing an AI answer with reliable source material.

  3. Building a small working template and a checklist for reviewing its output.

A useful next step.

A task you have practised end to end, a reusable guide and a clearer sense of where AI helps your work.

The coaching journey

Four days. Part-time.
Built around a real task.

  • 1–5 people
  • Solo learners welcome
  • Designed for beginners

A coaching journey for 1–5 people, including solo learners. Designed for beginners, with time to practise, ask questions and review what AI produces. You choose a goal with your coach, try a manageable piece of work and build habits you can keep using.

Discuss the project, schedule, delivery format and fee with Estève before booking.

Your questions.

Can my employer arrange this?

Start with a discovery conversation. We discuss the learning goal, participant needs, scope and fee before a booking is confirmed. Employer payment or reimbursement is not automatic.

Can I use workplace material?

Only material and tools your organisation allows. A public, fictional or appropriately approved example can be used for practice instead.

Do I need to know how to use AI already?

The journey is designed for beginners. We start with your goal and what you already know, then agree a manageable task.
