Periodic Table of Conscious Communication

What is the Periodic Table of Conscious Communication?

The Periodic Table of Conscious Communication is a proprietary framework developed by Estève Pannetier. It maps 129 communication elements across 8 behavioural lenses using a Green/Blue/Red (GBR) colour model. Each element represents a micro-habit, pattern, or behaviour that can be developed through practice.

The 8 Lenses

Influence (Red lens): how you impact and persuade others. Attitude (Orange lens): your orientation and disposition toward others. Chaordic (Amber lens): navigating chaos and order in conversation. Flow (Lime-green lens): momentum, engagement states, and motivation. Alignment (Forest-green lens): shared purpose, direction, and congruence. Needs (Blue-teal lens): underlying motivators and psychological needs. Ego (Sky-blue lens): self-awareness, identity, and permission. Dynamics (Indigo lens): group dynamics and power relationships.

The GBR Colour Model

Each element is classified as Green (constructive, connecting behaviours), Blue (analytical, reflective behaviours), or Red (directive, action-oriented behaviours). No colour is inherently better — conscious communication requires fluency in all three.

How to use the Periodic Table
